Jean-Benoit Henry

Currently studying Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Business Engineering at the University of Louvain.

As a student, I organize my time in order to be able to get involved in a lot of interesting projects besides school assignments. I am always eager to learn more about various topics. I like to always keep myself busy: I really like getting in touch with other ways of thinking, other projects and discovering other cultures. That is, among other things, why I learned Chinese for some years or helped to launch a project aiming at building bridges between our two Belgian communities!

My experiences in different disciplines such as Law (Jeugd Parlement Jeunesse, Models of United Nations), Entrepreneurship (Yncubator, student-entrepreneur status, Smart Papy, CovEvent), Engineering (my university studies, LSM Conseil) and even travelling (Rotary Exchange Programs, UWC Short Course, Huawei Seeds for the future) have made me even more thirsty for new challenges and discoveries. My role as COO of a Junior Enterprise of 50 members is probably my most intense challenge this year!

My dream is to create my own company. While I am still at the first stages of the process (thanks to my CovEvent company), I already know that I want it to be ethical, socially oriented and environmentally conscious. In other words, a company that will bring something positive to society.
